[LM_NET] tech: HELP! wireless internet connection problem

I brought my school laptop home to do some work but I can't get on the Internet 
with it. It says it is connected to my wireless network but IE says the webpage 
cannot be displayed. I've tried different settings and re-starting to no avail. 
I've even tried Repairing. 

I have lowered the firewall settings but I can't disable it, (I'm not the 
administrator on laptop) There must be some little something somewhere. Any ideas 
what I'm missing?
