[LM_NET] Playaways Display and Containers

This is my first year having playaways.  Therefore, I am searching for the best 
checkout "container/pouch/envelope or etc." that has been used to send the playaway 
home in once it is checked out.  We are including the book with the playaway when 
it is checked.  Does anyone have any suggestions that can offer as to what type of 
"container" they send home the playaway in?
 
Secondly, how have those who have playaways displayed them?  Have you used a shelf, 
a rack, or etc.?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
