[LM_NET] TECH: How to edit Facebook Photo Description

It is possible to write a description for a photo uploaded to Facebook.
I've done it.......once.
But now I can't remember exactly what I did.
Once in the album, clicking on "edit" does not bring up the 
"description" box.
Once the picture is selected, clicking on "edit" does not seem to 
provide a way to access the "description" box either.
I get only two boxes, one for the caption and the other for who is in 
the photo.
What's the trick to bring up the description box?
