Dear all, My daughter's preschool/daycare has a developmentally delayed youngster who has had a major health crisis. Because of complications, the child has had to have a leg amputated in order to save her life. She is doing better and the day care provider is anticipating the child's return to day care. This very caring day care provider has asked me for any recommendations on books she could read to her charges to prepare them for the child's return. I have not been able to find anything by searching the archives and Follett. Any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.
