[LM_NET] Off topic-- ideas for book business

Colleagues:
I have recently started a small business relating to books and reading. I know I 
can't promote it here on lm_net (but if you're curious, feel free to email me and 
I'll tell you all about it. hee hee), but I'm writing to see if you have any 
suggestions as to how to market to librarians. (I'm a librarian, not a business 
person, and am floundering)!
Do you clever people have any inexpensive ideas for marketing? -- we use google 
adwords, and I am thinking of doing targeted ads on facebook-- or have any 
suggestions as to how to reach librarians, English professors, teachers, etc? I 
just know people would love the business if I could just get them to look! :)
