This could be a blessing in disguise.  We might finally have the ammo we need to be 
allowed to weed.  "Yes, due to it's lead content, I need to remove this yellowed, 
worn out, dust-mite infested book from 1940 about how man will one day walk on the 
moon..."  Just kidding (sort of).    =)
