[LM_NET] ATHENA--circulation instr & INVENTORY question

I have 2 Athena queries:

1.  I am looking for circulation ( In/Out)   instructions to have for substitutes  
and any other  Athena tips/helps for substitutes.  If anyone already has this in 
WOrd document, I would appreciate having it.  No need to reinvent the wheel.

2. Since using Athena (9.2)  at inventory, I noticed that the missing items report 
does not show  a large number of books that are not on the shelf.  These are books 
noted as missing on shelf list but are not noted on missing items report.  
Apprently, these are books that grew legs and walked off the shelf and did not get 
circulated.  I have more missing books than are listed on the missing items report. 
Strange ! ??? Any remedy to synch missing book and report?  I have used Follett 
product and the report matched the missing items.
