My school currently places a lot of weight in the use of AR in the classroom and requires students to read a certain number of books in their ZPD with a certain percentage (usually 80%) on their tests. Our librarian has even organized all of the fiction reading into AR levels for students to browse within in their level easier. What are your middle school's reading requirements? How is your middle school library arranged? Why do you like or dislike what is happening in your school?
