Hi,
I posted a question about whether or not it was easier to use Google's advanced
search feature rather than trying to navigate Creative Commons. I was asked to post
a hit. Here are the responses I received and, once again, thanks to all who took
the time to respond.

I have several sites bookmarked for creative commons searches on my delicious page.
Look here:

For more info about creative commons generally, there are tons of resouces there as
well--widen the search on my tags by removing the word search and you'll get lots
of general cc info:

You could use Flickr and search by photos that have a creative commons license.
There are tons there and it's easier than Google.

This might help.

You can do that in creative commons as well. On creative commons
website click on find and type in flicker. When that shows up look at
the top of the web page there is a green area and in one of the boxes
you can check to search only images that are able to be reused and
modified. The key is to use the search box in the green area with the
modified box checked. If you search in the white area of the flicker
page you will get images that you may not be able to use. I hope this
helps.
