[LM_NET] looking for questions

I decided to play 'softball' with my reading group tomorrow.  2 of the girls
in my club just took 3rd place at Nationals this past weekend, so it's kind
of an honor to them.  I'm going to print questions, and mark them as single,
double, triple, and home run.  The teams will be divided, and then each
'batter' will choose a question.  If they get it right, they go to that
base.  If they get it wrong, it's an out.  No strikes, no balls, makes it
too complicated.  I thought I'd write the questions from the books we read
this summer.  If anyone has read any of the books, and can contribute any
questions, it will be truly appreciated!  I'll be able to write a few for
each book, but am hoping to have a bunch to keep them playing for awhile!
