[LM_NET] TECH: Follett Destiny Users and eBook Issues

I am looking for people who use Follett Destiny Library Management
software and who have eBooks. Hopefully,  you will help us shed some
light on our problem with them. Our issue is we can preview them, but
cannot check them out. We have done everything the Follett Tech People
suggest, but to no avail. If you have had a similar problem and have
solved it, could you let me know what you did to solve it, please.
