LM_NET Archive

Wow, Diane!!  Thanks so much for the info.  I've been using Thinkfinity for years,
and got my first training when it was still Marco Polo.  I love the site, but I
never explored past the great teaching resources.

I'm going to check out this additional professional development info as well.

Here's the funny part for me... I just met with our district coordinator yesterday
and we discussed many things about the upcoming school year.  Among our topics were
budget constraints and the need for LMS professional development.  Wow, it's
like "ask and it will come."

Thanks once again to LM_NET being a terrific community of learners!!

There is a great website called "Thinkfinity" If you have never visited it please
do. It is Thinkfinity.org. There are resources galore, but there is also
Professional Development.
Go to - http://www.thinkfinity.org/pd/request_training.aspx - They are going a
program called 1000 teachers in 1000 minutes. You should be able to find some
things here to help you.
Also while there go to My Thinkfinity and register. This way you can get
communication and information from them. If you have any questions feel free to
contact me because I am a trainer with this site.
