[LM_NET] TARGET: Destiny help - "promoting patrons to next grade level"

Hi,

I am trying to use the GLOBAL UPDATE FEATURE to promote all of my students up 1 
grade level, in our new Destiny circ system.  I am choosing:
FOR EVERY PATRON WHOSE GRADE LEVEL IS 7* (I included the * on Follett's 
recommendation, because our homerooms are entered 7-1, 7-2, etc.)
CHANGE GRADE LEVEL TO 8

When I run the report, I end up with this message:
JobPatron Global Update
Started7/31/2009 7:57 PM
OptionsFor every patron whose Grade Level is 7*, change Grade Level to 8 Summary
Found 0 Patron Record(s):
Updated 0 Patron Record(s)
Skipped 0 Patron Record(s)
Any suggestions ?  I called Follett Tech Support, but they're already gone for the 
weekend !
