Hello all, I know this is specific, but I have a colleague that travels between China and the U.S. While she is able to blog freely here, she finds that most software with "blog" in the URL are blocked by the Chinese government's filters, including edublogs. Does anyone know of a software she could use that is free and not filtered in China? Most services she has looked at from the China end are fee-based. If anyone has any information or places to point her, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks! Johnna S.
