[LM_NET] Tar: Clerk Eval. Document

I was wondering what others used to evaluate their clerks/paras on a year-to-year 
basis. I am noticing some frustration this year and wanted a document to go off of. 
I am checking with my district to see if there is a specific document but also 
wanted to see others. Please send ideas or samples to tlbreezy@hotmail.com   Thanks
