Hello Collective Cataloging Clique,
I have several hundred pages of letters written by my parents prior to their
marriage during and after the War. Mother was in the Women's Army Corps
(AAF) and Dad was in the Army Air Corps/Air Force. Also there are many
letters from my father home before the War. He joined around 1939 and
was at Hickam Field in Hawaii when it was bombed. This summer's project is to
scan each letter assigning it a title, designation, or label. Then each of
my siblings will receive discs or jump drives of the entire collection.. Any
thoughts on how to organize these letters or assign them a call number(?) -
They are in cronological order , grouped by sender. Some dates more than one
letter was written. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
