[LM_NET] Target: Article about leveling classroom libraries

Our school is encouraging teachers to enhance their classroom libraries and 
providing some funding to do so.  We want to encourage teachers NOT to organize by 
reading level, but organize by genre, award winners, favorite authors, etc.  They 
can put levels inside the books, but just not organize/put in baskets by level.  

Does anyone know of any good articles to support this position that we might share 
with them?
