A .3 position would be a day and a half a week (each half day is a .1, 10
half days a week = 1 full time position) As to what the duties would be,
that would depend upon the needs of the school and weather they have fixed
or flexible scheduling. Sounds like she needs to ask some questions of the
interviewer.

A friend of mine went on an interview for a librarian position. However, it
is a .3 position for an elementary school. Does anyone know what a .3
position would be? Do you only teach a few classes, or work a couple of days
a week. She was too nervous to ask in the interview.
