I'm not sure if this went through, so I'm sending it again.

 

Here are two:
The Many Rides of Paul Revere by James Cross Giblin (Scholastic Press, 2007)
Mary Walker, Civil War Surgeon and Feminist by Stephanie Fitzgerald (Compass Point 
Books, 2009)
 
It's older, but our middle schoolers enjoy At Her Majesty's Request: an African 
Princess in Victorian England by Walter Dean Myers (Scholastic, 1999).
