[LM_NET] Library grant information

Hello - 
 
I am a teacher in a school that is looking to build a new library.  While I have a 
library degree and have been a librarian in many different settings, I have not 
been a school librarian.  We are in the process of preparing to write a grant and 
would love to glean any information as to what a school library should have - in 
the way of technology, service to teachers and students, specific duties of a 
school librrarian/media specialist, etc.....
