[LM_NET] Target:Teacher assistant teaching library 5&6

Hello
I was the 5-8th grade librarian & now I am moving to the high school.  I will still 
be doing the cataloging & budgeting for the middle school library.  The school will 
now have a teaching assistant teaching the 5th & 6th grade library classes.  This 
is new to me.  Do I give her the lesson plans, observe, or fill out an evaluation 
form?  Please let me know what you do that works & doesn't work for this situation. 
 I want to be prepared for this new arrangement.  Thanks for any advice that you 
can offer me for being in charge of the other library & teaching assistant.
