I think, especially now, at this time in history, this is THE most
important association you can join especially if you are a US library
media specialist or from any other country for that matter.  And I think
the conference will be great and an excellent excuse to get out of the
country and see colleagues that do exactly what we do in different parts
of the world.  I encourage all of you to join and contribute to this
excellent association!!!  You will not regret it.
