[LM_NET] Open-Source Web Editors??

I am looking for a free or inexpensive web editor for home use.  Are
there any open source web editors available that you can recommend?   I
have just purchased a new home computer and my ancient version of
FrontPage is not compatible with Vista.  

Thanks for any suggestions you share with me.
