We offer a variety of audio books for iPods. I also allow them during the day as students work. I remind them that if I can hear it, (while the earbuds are in their ears) it is too loud. I also let them game during lunch. They must relinquish equipment if there are not enough resources for students needing them for school work. The kids enjoy it and we have many regulars over the lunch hour. We do not allow cell phones unless they can show it is their music device.
