Bravo! And not to mention the inappropriateness of
teachers texting students both in and out of school. I
heard that one at a high school in my district last week
and was absolutely appalled! As much as we like our
students, we are still the teacher and the grownup in the
relationship. I wonder just how much professional respect
we lose from them when, for whatever reason, we cross that
line.
