[LM_NET] OT: Book Returned after 24 years

I received a package in the mail from all the way across the state,
littered with stamps.  I opened the package to find two copies of TOPIC
OF OUR TIMES: THE ARAB-ISRAELI CONFLICT from 1973.  Accompanying these
was a letter from a gentleman stating that 24 years ago he had stolen
this book from the High School library and it had become torn.  His
conscience was still feeling guilty after all this time so he found a
replacement copy (since ours had been torn) and mailed both here.

I have not been here long enough to have a clue who this gentleman is. 
Perhaps I will ask some of our veteran teachers.
