I have an 8th grade class doing the CBA (Classroom Based Assessment) on 
Constitutional Issues.  A student is referring to the decision the Supreme 
Court made in Tinker v. Des Moines.  

Can you tell me how she would cite this?  And what she would put in the 
parenthetical note?
