One of our music teachers would like to have a school play/performance based on a
Dr. Seuss book. She wants to paint a backdrop like the cover of the book and the
dialogue in the performance will be the based on the book's text.

We are not charging admission for the performance, and we are not video taping it
(although parents might video tape it since their child is in the performance).

Are we within fair use guidelines? I checked the archives and all the resources I
had and didn't see anything. Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you,
