[LM_NET] ADMIN: Paula Yohe's goodbye

I do not wish to make this an on-going public discussion, but since a few
members have voiced concern over Paula's departure, please know that the
only "scolding" that took place was a short request I sent to her off-list
this morning in response to a reply she made on-list to a TARGET and another
post she made soon after on-list requesting a HIT.  I simply asked her to
direct posts such as these directly to the sender as it helps us minimize
traffic on the listserv.

I send reminders such as these frequently to members off-list in order to
help manage discussion.  I am very puzzled by her strong reaction.  I have
since sent her two messages telling her I certainly meant no offense, nor
did I ever intend for her to think her participation was not welcome.  I
also let her know that I would be saddened to see her leave.  Like the rest
of you, I have appreciated Paula's participation and hope she reconsiders.

If anyone has any further concerns or questions about this matter, please
feel free to contact me off-list.
