[LM_NET] HIT: Laptop Carts

For those who asked for a HIT on the Laptop Cart question, I've attached it as a 
separate document since there were so many excellent, detailed responses. [My 
school is acquiring laptops for the first time, and I had asked for advice 
regarding policies and distribution.]  Many share the same warnings about 
delegating responsibility to teachers and/or students, battery charges, and 
maintenance. My fears were not, it seems, unfounded! If anyone has trouble 
receiving the attachment, please let me know offlist and I'll send it directly to 
you in full.

I've forwarded copies to our technical director and principal, and am busy 
highlighting my own for future discussions. Thank you again to all those who took 
the time to answer, and to the LM_Nett participant whose signature line I'm 
temporarily stealing (could we call it resource sharing?),
