[LM_NET] HS: Top Ten-ish

I've been running these lists periodically all year. The Twilight series certainly 
has stayed at the top!

Here goes:

3. Burned (16)
4. Eclipse, Vampire Kisses 1 (14)
5. Vampire Kisses 1
5. Marked, Breaking Dawn (12)
6. Lost Boy, Looking for Alaska, Salem Falls, Identical (11)
7. Betrayed, Thirteen Reasons Why (10) 
8. Bloodline, What Happened to Cass McBride?, Boot Camp, Host, Vampire Kisses 2 (9)

I would love to use other people's lists to help guide book buying for next year.
