[LM_NET] I've had a teacher make the following request:

I've had a teacher make the following request:
"I am trying to obtain a recent figure of how much time our students spend reading 
daily outside of school.  I have a figure of 18.4 minutes but that is from 1988 and 
I am having a hard time coming up with a more recent figure." 
Can any of you help me out with some figures, a source, or some possible search 
directions? I'm not having much luck on my own.
