As someone pretty new to the school library setting I would really like to find out exactly what other librarians do with students in grades 7 through 9. Our school is just coming into the stage of active library usage and I would really like to step it up a notch now that I am the librarian here. Please let me know what activities and instruction you provide. We only have two computers in our library since we have to full computer labs for students to go to so I would have to close the library in order to give hands-on instruction using the computers. This can be done but I would really like other ideas as well. Also, if you have any lesson plans or documents you could share I would love to receive them. Please respond to me off list and I will post a hit if anyone is interested. I thank you sincerely and I'm sure my faculty and students will as well.
