[LM_NET] HIT: Inventory question

Thanks for your responses. Most people keep their lost items in the
catalog for one to three years, with a very few keeping them longer. We
haven't had an inventory for 12 years, so I think a lot of my losses have
been gone a long time. I will probably wait until after the summer to
delete them and then just recatalog anything that shows up. Once I've got
the bulk of them out of the system, then I can try to keep up on a yearly
basis and leave them for a year each time.
