[LM_NET] Hit:checking your top ten in Mandarin

I don't know how to limit it to the top ten, but if you open report tool, you will 
find it under bib and item list.  It is "Item List (sorted by highest Loaned to 
lowest loaned for selected date range).  Make sure you limit it to print only the 
first page because it will give you every title checked out.
