Does anyone, or can anyone, think of a couple fabulous scenarios that could be used
during an interview to assess temperament, flexibility, ingenuity, creativity, etc.?
For example,
You are in the middle of teaching a class and a colleague comes to you and
interrupts to ask you if you can figure out why their computer is not working.
It's clear the colleague is agitated and in a hurry. What do you do?
