[LM_NET] Tar: Penguin Readers

I am purchasing LIBRARY books for junior high and senior high ELL students.  I 
checked with the ESL teachers at both schools for the interests and reading levels 
of their students.  The high school ESL teacher responded that she would like 
Penguin Readers series.

I'm looking at the site for these right now and am trying to figure out what they 
are....classroom readers or library books???

If you know what these are...or have them in your library, please let me know.
