[LM_NET] HIT: Elementary Reference Materials

In my original post, I expressed my frustration in replacing outdated (print) 
culture/country encyclopedias. Here's what I found out:


1.        World Book's Encyclopedia of People and Places came out in 2008  ISBN 
9780716637578

2.       Culture Grams is available online by subscription.

3.       If you don't' subscribe to Cutlure Grams online, you can visit 
http://culturegram.stores.yahoo.net/kids-states-ind-reports.html

a.       To download individual country reports for $4 each.

4.        Also, Scholastic offers Lands and Peoples with a 2005 copyright. The 
recommended grade level is 6-12.

Hopefully this helps others. Thanks for the input given from everyone!
