Could you all help me clarify a video usage question?  A teacher owns
a video that is curriculum related.  I would generally say it falls
into Fair Use to use it in the classroom.  Where I am uncertain is
that the teacher did not purchase the video.  It was purchased by a
school her child attended and then when they no longer used them, they
were offered to the parents.   Can this video now be considered
"owned" by her even though it wasn't purchased by her?  It is an
original video, not a copy.  Thanks for helping me work through this
one!
