Hello To All Wise and Wonderful Ones!

The fifth grade students at my school are working on state research 
projects.   Some of the children thought it would be very interesting to 
get their hands on actual pamphlets about their states.  I am asking if 
any of you might possibly be interested in mailing some of these types 
of brochures to our school?  The kids are interested in knowing about 
popular attractions and state parks.  All 50 states are being researched 
except for New York (since that is our home state).  If you would like 
to send us information about your state, please send it to this address:

Also, if anyone out there would be interested in setting up students as 
pen pals, please let me know.  Some of the students thought it would be 
fun to have a pen pal from across the country (the mid-west or west coast).
