[LM_NET] TAR : Cheating policy

Hi,
Am looking for ideas for a school-wide cheating policy. We have been using the IB 
Honor Code but are seeking to revise and update it so it applies to all. Would 
prefer a simple to understand approach in a positive mode which involves parent 
by-in. If you have a policy in place you feel good about sharing I would appreciate 
seeing it.
