[LM_NET] Tar: Cataloging question

Would anyone be familiar with the title, "And the violins stopped
playing:  a story of the Gypsy holocaust", by Alexander Ramati?

 

Is it historical fiction?  World Cat has records cataloging it in both
sections, literature and history.  Not sure of the rationale for either
and I've not read it.

 

Looking for answers.
