[LM_NET] OT: Help!! How do I get rid of Personal Antivirus

Hello:

 

It seems this program called Personal Antivirus downloaded itself onto my computer 
even though I have a great trend micro program running.  I looked it up online and 
tried to follow recommended steps to get rid of it, but cannot find it under 
add/remove programs or registry.  Anyone had this before and know how to get rid of 
it??  It is annoying now and I am worried it is toxic too.
