[LM_NET] TAR: ELEM: Books about change or moving

Hello wise ones,
 
The school board has voted to "phase out" our PreK - 6th grade elementary school. 
We are creating a memory book for the children, giving them school t-shirts, and 
having special events. I have been asked to come up with some ideas of appropriate 
books to help the children through the transition. Can you recommend some books 
that we might provide for the students as going away gifts? These may be different 
titles for different grades. They do not have to be specifically about a school 
closing, more about the idea of transitions or change.
