Dear LM_Net,

I'm posting for one of our District librarians who trying to resolve a
problem with accessing Follett's eBooks. Our District has tried many
different ways to grant access for these books to be downloaded and read by
patrons. We're hoping someone else has faced the same problem and found a
fix for this issue. Here is the e-mail my colleague asked to be posted on
LM_Net.

"Our school district uses Follett¹s Destiny 9.0 as our library management
software. We have the current eBook reader installed. We are able to check
out the eBooks, they download to the computer, but when we try to open the
books, we get an error in ³acquiring the voucher.² If you have had this
problem and solved it, would you please let us know."

Thanks for your help in advance.
