There is www.recordedbooks.com and the National Library Service for the
Bind and Handicapped: http://www.loc.gov/nls/ They are a free
subscription service to schools or homes for children or adults who are
either blind or quadraplegic. They provide excellent recorded books as
well as books in braille. I use to work for the North Carolina site.
They have one in each state. Outside of that, I would recommend Recorded
Books. I also used them at the Library for Blind... when we didn't have
a copy of a title we needed. Good Luck.

I am looking for information on recorded books. Is there a company
that offers the recorded books at a yearly subscription (kind of the
accelerated reader program does)? If anyone is willing to chat with me
about this, please email me. I'm not sure about the best options. I
work in a public school library that serves grades 7-12.
