[LM_NET] LM_NET: HIT: Annual report

It turns out that the report I was thinking of was Joyce Valenza's report.  
Actually, I now think that I saw it on her website rather than on LM_NET.  Here's 
the link to her beautiful report:

However, I did receive several suggestions that maybe I was thinking of Martha 
Oldham's report from 2006-07.  It wasn't the one I was thinking of, but it's 
equally inspiring!
