Blythe this is very interesting from an intellectual point of view, but his is a UK 
site. Intellectual property in the UK is different from in the US, and under the 
Berne Convention each country protects intellectual property under the laws of the 
home country (the US applies US copyright law to the copyrights of all other 
countries, for example).  So the information here may be confusing at best and 
inaccurate at worst for folks in the US.
