So, what are the copyright rules for Web 2.0 here in the United States? Are they the same as for other formats? It would be great if someone would put up a website or write an article that pertains specifically to this issue. Marcia L. Jensen West High School 3505 W. Intellectual property in the UK is different from in the US, and under the Berne Convention each country protects intellectual property under the laws of the home country (the US applies US copyright law to the copyrights of all other countries, for example). So the information here may be confusing at best and inaccurate at worst for folks in the US.
