[LM_NET] SEC: information literacy skills across grades in social studies

If your school or district has a "program" where info literacy skills are
embedded, taught, scaffolded, spiraled, etc. into your social studies
classes in your high school(s), and if you have some documents to share,
please do!

We're starting the process of this with the social studies dept. first, and
my principal asked if I knew of any such thing where this was already
established.
